Using this website

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.
• Please give accurate name, contact and address details so we can deliver your order.
• Don't misuse the site, for example by attempting to access other people's accounts or disrupting the service.

Products

• Our products are for external use on skin and hair only. Do not eat them or apply them near the eyes.
• Do a small patch test 24 hours before first use, and stop use if you notice irritation.
• Henna is natural, so colour and stain results vary with skin type and aftercare. Product photos are for illustration and the actual product may look slightly different.
• Store products as directed on the box and use them before the best-before date printed on it.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping is shown separately before you pay; see our Shipping policy.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds.
• Coupons are subject to their stated conditions, can't be exchanged for cash and one coupon applies per order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

Orders, cancellations and refunds

We may decline or cancel an order (for example if stock runs out or payment can't be verified) and will refund anything you paid. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Intellectual property

The KRIPTI name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or network outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
